Eric R. McLennan
Eric has been a Colorado attorney for over seventeen years, after previously having practiced in Tennessee and California. Eric’s varied experience ranges from construction law, municipal law, estate planning, and collections to serving as an assistant attorney general with the State of Tennessee. Currently, Eric specializes as a transactional attorney and general counsel to Colorado community associations. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and California (inactive).
Eric can provide legal advice and practical guidance on all types of transactional and related community matters, including the interpretation and preparation of governing documents, governance issues, maintenance issues and insurance.
Outside of law practice, Eric has a family of five and plays frequent gigs as a professional musician in and around Denver.
