Brett is a transactional attorney with a background in real estate, title, and corporate law. Before joining the firm, Brett served as counsel for one of Colorado’s leading title companies, where he advised clients and business teams on complex real estate transactions, title issues, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance. He has wide range of experience in advising commercial and residential clients through due diligence, resolving title defects, and drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional documents.
In his free time, Brett enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling, spending time with his family and pets, and following college and professional sports.
