The law impacts all communities whether self-managed or professionally managed. Associations should contact their attorney to discuss and adopt the necessary policies.
Social security numbers, identification numbers, passwords, passcodes, state driver’s license or identification numbers, passport numbers, employer, student or military ID numbers as well as financial account numbers (this list is not exhaustive).
