The association’s claim had previously been unreasonably denied by its insurer. The funds will go towards replacing the roofs in the community.
In addition, the firm recently prevailed in two separate construction arbitration disputes. In both arbitrations, the firm obtained full, six figure awards from the arbiters. Every dollar sought was obtained.
